Planning Giving Tip: Save Your Community

Jobs are always a popular subject…not just for the employed. Successful local businesses drive a vibrant local economy…which is essential for every community. People and businesses provide the tax dollars that are the “fuel” that supports the schools, police and fire departments, and other services.

In addition to businesses, churches and charities play a vital role as well…compassion.

Local people solve local problems.

Giving back can transform a community by hitting the problems that plague it…head on.
Help donors find more passion in their giving. Take out your local paper and ask them to circle the causes that most concern them the most (go through the same exercise yourself). Show them how their giving is saving jobs and growing the local economy.

Compassion saves jobs, taxes and communities…and most importantly, it saves lives.

“Charity never humiliated him who profited from it, nor ever bound him by the chains of gratitude, since it was not to him but to God that the gift was made.”
~Antoine de Saint-Exupery
